What you get

• 3 audio readings about 30 minutes each (or 2 live sessions, about 40 minutes each). Each reading tunes into where things stand that week, so anything new naturally comes through, and ends with practical guidance for you. About one a week, over about 3 weeks, and you listen whenever you like.

• A workbook (PDF) — practical tasks and questions to help you reflect on your progress through the module.

• A follow-up video — about 5 minutes, up to 2 questions. Send them anytime after you start the module, up until 5 days after your 3rd reading. Whenever you send them, you'll have your video back within 48 hours.

• Need more? You can book an extra follow-up video on my website (about 5 minutes, up to 2 more questions) anytime up to 10 days after your 3rd reading — also within 48 hours.
