Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract (your purchase made through this website) within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. email).

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, all payments received from you will be refunded without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which I receive notice of your withdrawal.

The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.

Waiver of the Right of Withdrawal

For contracts regarding digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires if:

• you have expressly agreed that the performance of the contract
  begins before the end of the withdrawal period, and

• you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
  
  

Services

For services, the right of withdrawal also expires if the service has been fully performed and you have expressly agreed beforehand that the service may begin before the withdrawal period expires.
